160 MW GE LM2500 Gas Turbine; Natural Gas Combine Cycle Power Plant has been established in 2004 as 82 MWe and Ministry Acceptance approved in October,2005 for Gas Turbines and Feb 2006 for Steam Turbine. There are two Gas Turbines LM 2500 Plus type, 30 MWe capacity each and their brand names General Electric. Borescope inspections have been made periodically There is one Condenser type Steam Turbine which brand name is GE  and capacity is 22 MWe. There is one Air Cooled Type Condenser. The air-cooled steam condenser (ACC) condenses the turbine exhaust steam by rejecting the heat to the atmosphere The condenser consists of finned tube elements. The steam flows through a large diameter duct and steam distribution manifold running along the top of the bundles to the condenser, Steam enters from this distribution manifold into the finned tubes at the top of the primary condensing bundles. The steam condenses partially during the downward flow in the tubes. There are two Once Through Steam Generators which brand name IST (Innovative Steam Turbines) In practice, many tubes are mounted in parallel and are joined by headers thus providing a common inlet for feedwater and a common outlet for steam. Water is forced through the tubes by a boiler feed water pump, entering the OTSG at the top or "cold" end. The water changes phase to steam midway along the circuit and exits as superheated steam at the bottom or ‘hot’ end of the unit. Gas flow is in the opposite direction to that of the water flow (counter current flow). The highest temperature gas comes into contact with water that has already been turned to steam. This makes it possible to provide superheated steam. Condensate water passes mix bed condensate polishers in the Water Treatment Plant before the OTSG. In the Water Treatment Plant, raw water treated with Reverse Osmosis Unit and E-Cell Unit.
